Traingon respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available on or through Traingon infringes your copyright, please send a notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it (e.g., URL).
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
Traingon will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
