DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
      
        Traingon.top respects the intellectual property rights of others and
        expects users and content partners to do the same. In accordance with the
        Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following
        policy for handling notices of alleged copyright infringement.
      
      Submitting a Proper DMCA Notice
      
        To request removal of content, send a written notification that includes
        all of the following information (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

          Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed,
          or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
        
 
        - 
          Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be
          the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL on
          Traingon.top so we can locate it.
        
 
        - 
          Contact information of the complaining party, such as a full name,
          mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
        
 
        - 
          A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use
          of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the
          copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
        
 
        - 
          A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and
          under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act
          on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
        
 
        - 
          An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on
          behalf of the owner of the copyright.

        Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line to help us process the
        request quickly.
      
      Counter-Notification
      
        If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you
        may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by
        17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). Upon receipt, we may restore the content unless the
        original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain you from
        engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.
